Keith Country Day School announced today that it has again been ranked the #1 private high school in the Rockford area and received an overall A+ rating by Niche.
Niche is an independent agency which combines rigorous analysis with authenticated reviews to highlight the best places to live and go to school. The Best Private High Schools ranking is based on detailed evaluation of key statistics and millions of reviews from students and parents. Ranking factors include SAT/ACT scores, the quality of colleges that students consider, student-teacher ratio, private school ratings and more. Data is sourced from the U.S. Department of Education, Niche users and the schools directly.

Keith also ranked in the top four for having the most diversity among private high schools in Winnebago County.

Keith also garnered high ratings compared to other private schools from across the state of Illinois, including:
- 12th (out of 55) best private K-12 schools
- 24th (out of 140) best private high schools
- 31st (out of 139) best college prep private high schools
- 78th (out of 310) best schools for STEM
