There is a $50 application fee, which can be paid online.
A completed application for admission includes:
- Completed application
- $50 application fee
- Current and previous two years’ report cards
- Recommendation Letters and Self-Reflections
- A records release form to your current school; click here for the Keith Records Release Form.
- A campus tour and shadow day

Once your application for admission has been received, we will review the application and respond promptly.
