Kindergarten Teacher
Mrs. Stacie Morin is a dedicated educator, strongly committed to the social and academic growth and development of every child. With several years of experience teaching students of different ages, backgrounds, cultures, and abilities, “Miss Stacie” aims to create a cooperative community in the classroom and model for students the importance of mutual respect.
After earning her degree in paralegal studies, Mrs. Morin made the decision to switch paths and pursue a career in teaching. Working as an educator for more than a decade, Mrs. Morin has taught children in kindergarten through 12th grade.
Mrs. Morin began her career as a kindergarten teacher at Cornerstone Academy in Taylor, Michigan. While living in Michigan, she also taught 2nd grade, 4th grade, and middle school sciences.
After moving to Illinois, Mrs. Morin went into private teaching, working with primary and secondary students for more than five years. During the 2021 school year, she taught middle school and high school sciences and 6th grade English at Christian Life High School in Rockford.
Mrs. Morin also has experience as a home educator and a co-op teacher.
Outside of the classroom, she coaches cheer and dance and enjoys traveling and spending time with her five children.
